K3 Plan – Explanation

K3 Plan is a 11 step sustainable plan, which aims to make faculty the drivers of an Engineering College dreams to achieve 100 above NIRF Rank, create core startups, and move away from mass based recruitment to core recruitment of students, get international admissions, and be a successful engineering institution. The plan is organic and completely faculty driven, but at the same time keeping and meeting the goals of the institution in perspective.

The K3 Plan aims to leverage the core skills of the faculty, and make it into a collective force for the college. Beginning with subject matter selection, and enabling faculty to interface with the Industry and the Govt. and Peers, the K3 Plan also factors in features to reduce digital advertisement costs, while at the same time opening up possibility of increased traffic to the website.

The K3 Plan will also ensure that diverse skill set of faculty are intact, which is good for the college. The Plan is flexible enough to ensure that not just research scholars are encouraged. Faculty of all interests are accommodated and encouraged thereby ensuring an even growth and participation of all faculty.

Today, online learning learning / teaching has become the norm and is here to stay with us. The K3 Plan being domain and digital based, will enable faculty to enhance their teaching channels and strengthen the college efforts to adopt to the new changes.

A strong and active K3 Plan implementation will lay a foundation for conducting symposiums, events, competitions which are subject matter expertise based thereby making it a fully participative, leadership evoking events.
